TWENTY YEARS AGO WHEN I WAS SIXTEEN MY MIND WAS SO SOFT EVERYBODY TO THREATEN ME I WILL CRYING ON NIGHT.MY SADNESS,DREAMS,HOPE SOMETHING DIFFERENT OF MY MIND YOU THINK ABOUT THAT I AM ALWAYS ALONE HOW I DON'T KNOW.ONCE A DAY I WAS STUDYING IN ASTROLOGY MY MIND WAS COVERED BY POWER AND STRENGTH.I TRIED YOGA AND MEDITATION.SLOWLY MIND BECOME CALM AND QUITE.YOUR MIND BECOME MEDITATION ON SANTHI --SANTHI---NO HAPPINESS,NO SADNESS.HOW IS TRAINED TO YOGA AND MEDITATION IT WAS COMMON TO TRAINED EVERY HUMAN.
